Refund Policy (Updated 2026)
The Moncton Basketball Association (MBA) provides the following refund policy to ensure fairness and
clarity for all participants.
How to Request a Refund
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: executivedirector@monctonbasketball.ca
- Refunds are based on the stage of the season at the time the written request is received.
- A $20 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
Provincial Fee is non-refundable
Registration Fee:
- If you tryout for a provincial team and choose not to play after the teams are announced, you are only eligible for a 50% refund of the U11 & U14 player fee
- If you don't try out for provincial team and cancel before the season starts the refund is 100%. If you cancel within the first 2 weeks of the season, a 50% refund will be granted.
