Fall Provincial Program

Provincial Travel Team Program Fall/Winter 2026/2027

The MBA Provincial Travel Team program provides dedicated athletes with the opportunity to continue developing their basketball skills while competing against teams throughout Atlantic Canada. 

Please Note: The number of teams and the composition of each team will depend on the number of players participating in tryouts and the overall skill level within each age group.  

Season Details 

• Prep Camps: tentatively scheduled for September 9-17, camp dates will be confirmed and shared at beginning of September  
• Tryouts: tentatively scheduled for September 18-30, try-out dates will be confirmed and shared at beginning of September 
• Practices Begin: October 5 
• Games Begin: October 15 
• Season runs through the winter/spring (final end date will depend on individual team schedules). 
• Teams will have: 
  • Two weekday practices per week 
  • One weekend practice or game session 
• Weekend travel may be required throughout New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island for games and tournaments.

Registration Fees 

• MBA U11-U14 Player Registration: $225 
• Prep Camps: $45 (non-refundable) 
• Provincial Tryout Fee: $25 (non-refundable) 
• Provincial Player Fee: $225 (paid in October once teams are selected) - includes reversible jersey and hoodie 

Player families are responsible for their own travel costs associated with games and tournaments. 

Coaches: Coaches will be confirmed following team selections.
